Oskar built Luotsi around a problem he knew first-hand: finding useful information while spending time on Finnish waters.

The app brings together open chart data, weather, live vessel information and offline maps. It is available on the web, iOS and Android.
What this demonstrates
Yle reported tens of thousands of users on 19 August 2026. Luotsi demonstrates how a focused product can combine existing data around a clear user need. This is Oskar’s founder product experience, rather than a commissioned Velho engagement.
