How we work

Find the bottleneck.
Fix it.

A named Velho expert works with your team every month. We look at how work really happens, decide together what is worth solving, ship the smallest useful fix and stay until people use it. Then we do it again.

The cycle

One cycle, repeated every month

Each month starts from what the last one taught us. The backlog changes as we learn where the next gains are.

  1. 01

    Find

We speak with the people doing the work and trace the real process across roles and systems, including the workarounds nobody wrote down.

You getA clear list of bottlenecks and opportunities
  2. 02

    Prioritise

We rank each opportunity by business value, effort and how quickly people can benefit. Together, we choose what to solve now and what can wait.

You getA ranked improvement backlog that you own
  3. 03

    Ship

We build the smallest useful version and put it into real work quickly. Depending on the problem, that is an automation, an internal tool or a specialist-led change.

You getA working change in daily use, not a report
  4. 04

    Adopt

We help teams change the routine around the new solution, then follow what improves and what still gets in the way.

You getA changed routine, and what we learned becomes the start of the next cycle

How we prioritise

We decide together what to solve next

Every opportunity is scored on three questions. The answers set the order, and you have the final say.

  • Business valueHow much does solving it matter to the business?
  • EffortHow much does it take to build, and to keep running?
  • Time to benefitHow quickly will people feel the difference?

What we build

The right fix for the problem, not the trend

Sometimes the best fix is a change in how work is organised rather than new software. When it is software, it is usually one of these.

Automations

Connect systems and remove manual handoffs, so information moves without someone carrying it between tools.

Internal tools

Small, focused tools for one job, when general-purpose software asks too much of the people using it.

Practical AI

Drafting, sorting and extracting with AI, with a person reviewing the result. We use AI where it creates practical value.

Specialist work

Robotics, sensors and machine vision when the bottleneck lives in physical work. Specialists from our network, managed by Velho.

Questions

Common questions

Something else on your mind? Ask us on the intro call.

Do we need to know what to automate first?

No. Finding the opportunities is the first step. We start from how work actually happens today, not from a list of tools.

What if the best fix isn't software?

Then we say so. Some bottlenecks are solved by changing a routine, a handoff or who owns a task, and we help with that too.

Do you only work with AI?

No. We use AI where it creates practical value, and plain automation or a simple tool where that works better.

Do we have to replace our systems?

Usually not. We start from the tools your team already uses and connect or extend them where it helps.

How soon will we see something working?

Quick improvements start shipping in the first months, while focused projects and larger changes run alongside them.

Can we stop?

Yes. The partnership rolls monthly, and its level can change with one month's notice.
